We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Crystal Realms calculates shipping using AUD Currency.

Please check your currency conversion rate before going ahead with the purchase.

When you place an order:

Australia

All Economy Shipping is a fixed rate of $6.50 Australia-wide. This includes all States and Territories, Kangaroo Island & and Tasmania. This is a tracked service, delivery time is 15 - 30 Business Days.

But......

If you spend over $30 in one order, Shipping is FREE.

​​

If you require your order sooner, please select from the other Shipping options available.

Signature on Delivery and/or Express Post Services can be selected at checkout.

These alternative options do incur a fee but be assured that we are not profiting from shipping!

International

International Shipping is available worldwide. All orders are sent via Standard Tracked Shipping Service. 

 

Prices with Standard Tracking are as follows: 

$35.00 AUD for a parcel 250g or under

$55.00 AUD for a parcel 500g to 999g

$65.00 AUD for a parcel 1kg to 1.99kg

$80.00 AUD for a parcel 2kg to 2.99kg

$120.00 AUD for a parcel 3kg and over

If you require your order sooner, please select from the other shipping options available. These will incur a higher fee for an Express Service.

Some locations/zones will incur a handling fee due to the complexity or rate of the location.

Crystal Realms has endeavored to include all available locations worldwide. If your location isn't available when you are at the checkout:

1. Ensure you have created a Crystal Realms account, so your cart is saved.

2. Please send us an email to infocrystalrealms@gmail.com, and we will reply within 24 hours with a resolution.

Please Note: that there may be restrictions on some products being shipped to various international destinations. We will inform you of this prior to shipping.

International customers are responsible for all customs, import duties, and local taxes charged by your country if incurred during the shipping process. 

Please contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
