How do I process a return?

When you make payment through the checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with the sales order.

If you have an account, log into your account and on the top right side of our webpage it will have a button to start a return request.

If you don't have an account or cannot find the confirmation email/order number, please contact vis email to infocrystalrealms@gmail.com with your purchase details, we will find your transaction and commence the return via email.

Before any return request is approved, please read the "What do I need to provide to arrange a return?" in the below paragraph. This information will be requested and is required to be provided before a return request is accepted.
How long do I have before I make a return?
You have a max of 14 days from date of receipt of your goods to contact Crystal Realms to arrange your returns.
What do I need to provide to arrange a return?

Photo of the unused item with tags and/or its original packaging

Photo of the delivery packaging & POD (with postage date stamps or something with a date reference next to the package.)

Photos of the defect
-
Item needs to be completely unworn if clothing.

Item needs to be undamaged & not scratched.
Condition of Product Return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

in the same condition that you received it
-
unworn or unused, with tags
-
and in its original packaging
Do I have to pay for return shipping?

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of receipt of goods.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

A shipping label will be provided via email when finalising your return request.
Please Note: if the item returned is not accepted for a refund, it will not be returned, and you will be liable to pay return shipping costs.
Refund Rights:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item or size, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you order the wrong size, and wish to exchange your item, this will only incur a delivery return fee. (Please refer to each items own sizing chart for your reference)
If you purely have a change of mind and wish to return non-defective goods, a 20% non-fault restocking fee on each item plus shipping will be payable to Crystal Realms. How?

With your authorisation & deducted from your refund amount.
Please Note: The buyer's malicious destruction of the received goods is not supported for after-sales claims. Intentionally or artificially damage the goods after the sale has the right not to compensate.
When do I expect to receive my refund?
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 to 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10 to 21 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

We are unable to accept returns on hats, hair pieces, earrings, underwear, socks & phone cases due to Australian & International health and safety regulations.

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We cannot accept returns on sale items.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Digital Products

If we cannot replace the damaged item (due to crystals being unique and individual) we will issue you with a refund. Please note that we will require the damaged item to be posted back to us! We are unable to issue a replacement or refund if it does not reach us. Please contact us for a return mailing address label.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Important Notice:

Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.

Please contact us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
